巴曲酶联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的效果观察及护理

[目的]观察巴曲酶联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的效果观察,总结其护理。[方法]将80例急性脑梗死病人随机分为观察组及对照组,每组40例,两组均给予常规治疗,对照组应用依达拉奉,观察组应用巴曲酶联合依达拉奉治疗。比较两组病人的治疗效果。[结果]观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为82.5%,观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]巴曲酶联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的效果明显。

Observation on effect of batroxobin in combined with edaravone to treat acute cerebral infarction patients and nursing care of it

Objective：To observe the effect of batroxobin in combined with edaravone to treat acute cerebral infarction patients and summarize its nursing.Methods：A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,both groups were given the routine treatment,and the control group was given edaravone,the observation group accepted the treatment of batroxobin in combined with edaravone.Then the curative effect was compared between both groups.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,and it was 82.5% in the control group,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of batroxobin in combined with edaravone to treat acute cerebral infarction patients is significant.
