摘    要:本文用36例男性青年新鲜尸体的脊柱,自蛛网膜下腔灌入铸型造影剂,低温冷冻,横断各胸椎照X线片,测出T_1~T_(12)椎体、椎管、硬膜囊和脊髓的横、矢径平均值。取4例先做脊髓造影CT测量,再做铸型造影对比,证明36例标本测量数据可作为正常男性椎管及脊髓CT测量的标准参考数据。选22例X线片进行图象面积扫描,求出脊髓与椎管的面积比例,以T_6比例最小,T_(10)最大,其中T_9、T_(10)为胸椎管的相对狭窄部。本文所测量的系统数据在文献中尚未见到。

Abstract:36 corpses of young male Chinese used in this study. A casting mould contrast were injected intothe subarachnoid space. Thoracic veriebrae were at transversely with electric saw after refrigerationand slices of vertebrae were sectioned in 3-4 mm thickness. X-Ray films of these slices were takenand measurements of the vertebral body, spinal canal, dural sac and the thoracic spinal cord weremade sagittally and transversely to get tho normal date for CT examination. CTM was performed in four cases preceding the injection of the casting mould contrast mediumfor comparision. It was proved that the data get from this study could be as references in the CTexamination. Area scanning of 22 cases were also taken with the OPTON-KONTRON IBAS-2000 Image Analy-sis System and the ratio of spinal cord area to the vertebral canal area was calculated. The minimumand the maximum of the ratio was found at T 6 and T 10 level vespectively. The new measurement method and the data in this study have not found in previous reports.
