宫颈癌卵巢移位后卵巢功能的随访分析

目的：探讨年轻宫颈癌患者卵巢移位后卵巢功能的变化。方法：56例45岁以下宫颈癌患者在根治术同时实施卵巢移位术，其中21例术、前行子宫动脉灌注化疗，术后补充放疗15例，测定术前术后放疗后血清中卵泡刺激素及雌二醇水平及性生活状况评估卵巢功能。结果：56例卯秉移位术酋术后性激素水平无统计学差别（P〉O．05）。结论：卵巢移位术是保留年轻宫颈癌患者卵巢功能的安全有效方法。
