经外周静脉置中心静脉导管法在妇科肿瘤治疗中的应用

目的观察外周静脉置入中心静脉导管在妇科肿瘤患者中的应用和护理。方法回顾性分析了2002年1月～2005年6月在我科接受经外周静脉置中心静脉导管法(PICC)的62例妇科肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果62例患者中,穿刺成功率为96.8%,5例(8.1%)患者因终末期死亡停止使用导管,4例(6.5%)在应用过程中发生静脉炎,3例(4.8%)发生穿刺部位出血或渗血,无1例出现皮下硬肿。结论PICC操作简单,可提高肿瘤患者的生活质量,减少传统静脉给药的并发症,减轻护理工作量。

Application of Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheter in Patients with Gynecological Tumors

Objective To investigate the application of peripherally inserted central venous catheter (PICC) in patients with gynecological tumors. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with gynecological tumors who received peripherally inserted central venous catheter from January 2002 to June 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The penetration success rate was 96.8% among these 62 patients. Catheter was removed in 5 patients (8.1%) because of death. Complications included phlebitis (n=4, 6.5%) and bleeding (n=3, 4.8%). No hypodermal bump was observed. Conclusions PICC can improve the quality of life in patients with gynecological tumors, prevent complications, and reduce nursing workload.
