珍珠滴丸的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优化珍珠滴丸最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以3,4-O-二咖啡酰基-奎宁酸和甘草酸含量作为考察指标,对加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数、醇沉浓度等因素进行研究,对提取工艺进行优化。结果:最佳水提工艺以10倍药材量的水煎煮3次,1 h/次,最佳醇沉工艺为浓缩药液至相对密度为1.08,醇沉浓度为60%,放置12 h。结论:该提取工艺合理可行,为工业化生产提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Pearl Drop pill.Methods: Orthogonal experiments were carried out,using 3,4-O-dicaffeoyl-quinic acid and glycyrrhizic acid as evaluation indexes to develop a suitable extraction technology through studying imbitition amount,decoction duration,decoction times,and concentration of alcohol precipitation.Results: The optimal water extration condition was as follows: decocting the drug for three times in tenfold volume of water,1 hour for each time.The optimal alcohol precipitation extraction condition was as follows: the relative density of drug liquid be adjusted to 1.08,the concentration of alcohol precipitation kept 60%,and stored for 12 hours.Conclusions: This extraction technique is reasonable,feasible,and provids a scientific basis for industrial production.
