外科导萌与正畸联合矫治上颌埋伏牙

目的：探讨外科导萌与正畸联合矫治上颌埋伏牙的处理方法。方法：先行方丝弓固定矫治器扩展间隙，后隙X线及临床检查，行外科翻术，暴露埋伏牙牙冠，粘贴托槽，术后一周进行正畸牵引导萌。结果：12颗埋伏牙牵引成功，牙髓测度正常，牙周附着良好，结论：外科导萌与正畸联合矫治是埋伏牙治疗首选方法。

Correction of impacted maxillary teeth by using both of surgical exposure and orthodontics

Objectives: To study the method to correct the impacted maxillary teeth by using both of surgical exposure and orthodontics.Methods:First to open the space for impacted teeth by using the edgewise fixed appliances, then according to the x-ray and clinic examination, using the full flap closure surgical approach, exposing the crowns of impacted teeth and firmly bonding brackets, a week later, to tow the impacted teeth by using orthodontics. Results:12 impacted maxillary teeth were aligned, their pulp and periodontal attachment were normal. Conclusions:It is the preferred method in the treatment of impacted teeth by using both of surgical exposurse and orthodontics.
