低浓度他克莫司液治疗慢性糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的疗效观察

目的：本研究观察了0．015g／L的他克莫司液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓（orallichen planus,OLP）的疗效。方法：选择2010年起在我科门诊就诊的患者60例随机分成两组,试验组30例采用0．015g／L的他克莫司液治疗,对照组30例采用康复新液治疗,疗程6个月,随访观察治疗6个月后显效率、不良反应和停药6月后复发率。结果：在6个月的治疗中,他克莫司液的治疗显效率、总有效率显著高于康复新液,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组显效患者随访停药后6个月内复发率比较,康复新液显著高于他克莫司液,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,但在不良反应方面一,两组发生率差异没有统计学意义。结论：0．015g／L的他克莫司液治疗慢性糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓具有良好的临床疗效。

Treatment of Chronic Erosive Oral Lichen Planus with Low Concentrations of Tacrolimus.

To evaluate the efficacy of low concentrations of tacrolimus in the treatment of chronic ero sive oral lichen planus（OLP）. Methods： 60 patients in our department were divided into two groups （group A and B）. Group A was treated with 0. 015mg/mL concentrations of tacrolimus and group B was treated wlth Kangfuxin solution, the time was 6 months in a randomized clinical trial. We observe the effective rate and side effect occur rence in 6 months, and relapse rate within six months after treatment. Results： After treatment of 6 months, in the group A and B, the efficacy rate was 92.8% and 64%, respectively, and the relapse rate within 6 months after treatment was 15.8% and 66.7% respectively, there were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference between two groups on the side-effect occurrence during the therapy. Con clusion： The results of the present work demonstrate that 0 . 015mg/mL concentrations of tacrolimus ig an effective therapy for chronic erosive oral lichen planus.
