复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗肺癌临床观察

目的观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法将141例病例分为对照组和综合组，其中综合组为除化疗方案及剂量与对照组相同外，在化疗同时加用复方苦参注射液20mL于生理盐水中，每日1次静滴。结果近期疗效综合组高于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后毒性反应无明显差异（P〉0、05）。结论复方苦参注射液确实能提高肺癌患者的化疗疗效。

Observation of Composite Radix Sophora Flavescentis Injection and chemotherapy to treat lung cancer

[Objective] To observe the efficacy of compound therapy of Composite Radix Sophora Flavescentis Injection and chemotherapy on lung cancer. [Methods] 141 cases with lung cancer were divided into contrast and study group randomly. Compound therapy was administrated including Radix Sophora Flavescentis(20 mL in saline).only chemotherapy was used in contrast group. [Results] In the efficacy, study group is better than contrast group (P <0.05). There is no difference (P >0.05) in adverse reaction. [Conclusions] Composite Radix Sophora Flavescentis Injection can increase effect of chemotherapy in lung cancer.
