摘    要:目的对某连续油管生产线建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为卫生行政部门验收建设项目提供依据。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测,采用定量分析法进行评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护措施、个人防护用品、辅助用室和职业卫生管理等符合国家有关法规;生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有金属尘、电焊尘、砂轮磨尘、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、生产性噪声、电离辐射(X射线)、工频电场、高频电磁场、高温、振动等,除个别作业点噪声强度超标外,绝大多数作业点检测结果符合国家标准。结论该项目职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。

Abstract:Objective] To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a construction project of coiled tubing production line,provide the basis for acceptance of construction project by health administration.Methods]With field occupational investigation and detection of occupational hazard factors,the quantitative analysis method was adopted to evaluate.Results]In this construction project,the location and general layout,production equipment layout,protective measures for occupational disease,individual protective articles,auxiliary room and occupational health management conformed to related national regulation. The main occupational hazard factors produced in production process included metal dust,weld dust,grinding wheel dust,carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides,occupational noise,ionizing radiation (X radiation),power frequency electric field,high frequency electric field,high temperature and vibration. Except noise intensity of several operation points over standard,the detection results of majority of operation points met the national standard.Conclusion]The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are effective and feasible.
