国产与进口银杏提取物治疗缺血性脑中风60例疗效比较

目的观察国产银杏提取物制剂舒血宁注射液对缺血性脑中风的治疗作用。方法92例患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组32例。治疗组用舒血宁注射液25 m l加入0.9%生盐水500 m l内静脉滴注,对照组金纳多注射液25 m l加入0.9%生理盐水500 m l内静脉滴注,1次/d,15 d为1疗程,进行双盲对照。结果舒血宁注射液对缺血性脑中风临床有效率为90%,与进口同类产品金纳多注射液比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。对四肢关节及综合功能等治疗前后计分测定比较,2组差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。中医辨证分类疗效发现舒血宁对风痰瘀血、痹阻经脉疗效显著。对气虚血瘀也有满意疗效。结论国产银杏提取物舒血宁注射液对缺血性脑中风具有较好的治疗作用,且价格低,不良反应少。

Comparison of the Effect of Domestic and Imported Extract of Ginkgo in Treating 60 Cases of Ischemic Stroke

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Shuxuening Injection(perparction of domestic ginkgo extract,SXN)in treatment ischemic stroke.Methods92 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group(60 cases)and the control group(32 cases).The treatment group was treated by SXN 25 ml in 500 ml of 0.9% normal saline(NS)for IV drip.The control group was treated by Jinnaduo Injection 25 ml in 500 ml of 0.9% NS for IV drip.Both group drugs once a day,15 days constituting a single therapeutic course.The study was carried out by using the double-blind method.ResultsThe effective rate of SXN was 90% for ischemic stroke.There was no obvious difference in effective both groups(P >0.05).The limbs articulation and combination functions before and after treatment were evaluated and compared.Both groups had obvious signifcance(P<(0.05)).SXN showed a remarkable effect for wind-phlegm blood stasis and impediment of vital energy stagnating at main channel,also for qi vacuity blood stasis.ConclusionSXN has been used for the treatment of ischemic stroke and lower for value and less adverse reactions.
