2006-2009年黔南州突发公共卫生事件原因探讨

目的了解辖区突发公共卫生事件的发生特点,为制定防范和应对策略提供参考依据。方法应用流行病学方法,对黔南州2006-01/2009-12突发公共卫生事件进行类别、特征和原因分析。结果观察期间,黔南州共报告突发公共卫生事件118起,累计病例数2 851人,平均发病率25.57%,死亡9例,病死率0.32%;病原微生物类所致疾病、食物中毒、不明原因引起的群体性疾病、有毒有害因素污染造成的群体中毒等四类突发公共卫生事件发生起数分别占总数的的80.50%、17.79%和0.85%;小学校及幼儿园、农村自然村落、城镇居民家庭、厂矿及部队发生起数分别占总数的75.42%、22.03%和0.85%。结论建立学校学生人群的免疫屏障与加强农村群体聚餐的食品卫生监督监测将有利于突发公共卫生事件的预防与控制。

Analysis on Public Health Emergency in Qiannan Prefecture During 2006-2009
