| 摘 要： | 目的分析高坪区2004-2009年流行性腮腺炎的流行特征,为制定预防控制策略提供依据。方法对2004-2009年高坪区流行性腮腺炎疫情资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果高坪区2004-2009年共报告流行性腮腺炎1 317例,无死亡病例,年平均发病率40.21/10万;4-7月份为发病高峰,占总发病数的60.82%,以学生1 034例（78.51%）为主,4-10岁组占发病总数的88.38%。结论高坪区流行性腮腺炎发病人群以学生和托幼儿童为主,4~7月发病较多。
