牡丹江市医务人员吸烟状况及相关的知识、态度和行为研究

目的了解牡丹江市医务人员吸烟现状及相关的知识、态度和行为,为制订有针对性的干预措施,促进医生戒烟活动和戒烟服务的开展提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对牡丹江市8家医院416名医务工作者的吸烟状况及相关的知识、态度和行为进行调查。结果医务人员的总吸烟率为25.96%,其中男性为52.97%,女性为0.47%。男性吸烟者多为30~40岁（P〈0.05）,本科学历占首位（P〈0.01）;知识方面对吸烟与肺癌、缺血性心脏病的关系掌握较好,但对性功能障碍、Ⅱ型糖尿病和急性牙龈坏死或糜烂的认识不足;行为方面,吸烟者上班时有时吸烟（42.59%）和很少吸烟（30.56%）的排前2位。吸烟地点主要是在指定可以吸烟的地方和办公室里。结论牡丹江市医务人员的现吸烟率较高,而且对吸烟危害的认识不足,应在医生中开展吸烟危害及戒烟方面的培训,促进医务人员戒烟,从而更有效的指导患者,降低全社会的吸烟率。
