| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效,并与青霉素对照比较。方法:将100例急性扁桃体患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组用痰热清静脉滴注,对照组用青霉素静脉滴注治疗,2组疗程均为5 d。结果:治疗组显效率60.0%,总有效率94.0%;对照组显效率42.0%,总有效率88.0%。经统计学处理,2组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎疗效确切,未发现明显副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Phlegmopyrexia Elimination Injection in the treatment of pediatric acute tonsillitis,and compare with penicillin.Methods：Randomly put 100 cases of acute tonsillitis equally into treatment group and control group.Treatment group were treated with Phlegmopyrexia Elimination Injection through vein dripping,and control group were treated with penicillin through vein dripping too,with a 5d course of each group.Results：Treatment group has a markedly effective rate of 60.0%,with a total effective rate of 94.0%.Control group has a markedly effective rate of 42.0%,with a total effective rate of 88.0%.The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was of statistic significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Phlegmopyrexia Elimination Injection has a clear effect in the treatment of pediatric acute tonsillitis and the side effect has not been found. |
