| 摘 要： | 目的:观察白苓健脾颗粒对厌食症患儿体内微量元素锌、铁的影响。方法:136例厌食症患儿服用白苓健脾颗粒4周后,检测血中微量元素锌和铁的含量,并评价疗效。结果:治愈96例,占70.5%;好转26例,占19.1%;无效14例,占10.4%。总有效率89.6%。结论:白苓健脾颗粒能提高厌食症患儿体内微量元素锌和铁的含量,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：Observed the effect of Atractylodis Macrocephata and Poria Coccus Granule for strengthening pancreas on the zinc and iron contents of anorexia children.Methods：Test the zinc and iron content in the blood of anorexia children after 4 weeks oral taking of the granule and evaluate its effect.Results：96 cases were cured,accounting for 70.5%;26 cases were better,accounting for 19.1%;14 cases were ineffective,accounting for 10.4%.The total effective rate was 89.6%.Conclusion：Atractylodis Macrocephata and Poria Coccus Granule for the health of pancreas can heighten the zinc and iron content in the blood of anorexia children.The effect is clear,and the granule deserves application. |
