妊娠高血压应用短效与长效硝苯地平的疗效对比分析

目的：比较短效与长效硝苯地平对妊娠高血压的临床效果。方法：随机抽取我院2012年1月～2014年1月妊娠高血压孕妇140例，分为对照组70例和实验组70例，全部采用硫酸镁进行治疗，对照组服用短效硝苯地平，实验组服用长效硝苯地平，比较两组血压变化、分娩方式、胎儿分娩过程中出现的并发症情况与产妇不良反应。结果：对照组平均收缩压为（120.5±13.9）mmHg，实验组平均收缩压为（150.4±14.2）mmHg，实验组明显优于对照组；对照组有21例自然分娩，49例剖宫产，胎儿窘迫与死亡14例，实验组有44例自然分娩，26例剖宫产，胎儿窘迫6例，无胎儿死亡病例，实验组分娩状况较好；对照组产程内出现5例胎盘早剥、0例产后出血和4例胎膜早破，实验组产程内出现1例胎膜早破和3例产后出血，无胎盘早剥，对比显示实验组优于对照组。结论：对妊娠高血压应用长效硝苯地平可有效控制血压变化，并顺利分娩，值得临床推广。

Gestational hypertension application of short-term and long-term curative effect of nifedipine comparative analysis

Objective:to compare the clinical effect of short-term and long-term nifedipine on pregnancy hypertension. Methods:randomly selected in our hospital between January 2012 and January 2014,140 patients with gestational hypertension, it can be divided into the control group of 70 cases and the experimental group 70 cases, all patients were treated with magnesium sulfate, control group a short-acting nifedipine to pregnant women, the experimental group long-term nifedipine to pregnant women, compared two groups of pregnant women blood pressure change, pregnant childbirth way, fetal childbirth complications arising from the situation and maternal adverse reactions.Results: control group in the average systolic blood pressure was (120.5 ±13.9)mmHg, the experimental group the average systolic blood pressure was (150.4±14.2)mmHg, by comparing the experimental group was better than control group;Control group with 21 cases of natural childbirth, 49 cases of cesarean section, fetal distress and death cases, 14 cases of experimental group of 44 cases of natural childbirth, 26 cases of cesarean section, fetal distress in 6 cases, no cases of fetal death, by comparing the experimental group pregnant childbirth is better; Control group of pregnant women in labor in 5 cases of placental abruption,0 cases of postpartum hemorrhage, and 4 cases of premature rupture of membranes,the experimental group pregnant women in labor appear premature rupture of membranes in 1 case and 3 cases of postpartum hemorrhage, no case of placental abruption, comparison shows that the experimental group is better than the control group. Conclusion: long-term application of pregnancy-induced hypertension pregnant women nifedipine can effectively control the blood pressure change, and easy childbirth, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
