地马合剂治疗急性细菌性痢疾及肠炎的临床疗效观察

[目的]寻找开发治疗细菌性痢疾和肠炎的高效、毒副作用小的药物。[方法]将126例急性细菌性痢疾和496例急性肠炎的门诊病人随机分成试验组和对照组，两组病例数相等。试验组用地锦草和马鞭草合剂(两药新鲜全草每次的用量各为50g；干全草用量分别为15g和10g，制成煎剂)，每日2次，口服；对照组用黄连素片，每次0．3g，每日3次，口服。[结果]①细菌性痢疾：试验组治愈62例(98．4％)，均在5天内治愈，总有效率为100％；对照组治愈54例(85．7％)，8天内均治愈，总有效率为93．7％，4例无效，其中1例转为慢性；②急性肠炎：试验组治愈248例(100％)，均在3天内治愈；对照组治愈229例(92．3％)，6天内均治愈，总有效率为98．0％，无效5例(2．0％)。[结论]地马合剂治疗急性细菌性痢疾和肠炎的疗效明显优于同属中药制剂的黄连素，它不仅疗效高、疗程短、毒副作用小，而且其药源丰富、价格低廉、服用方便，不同性别、年龄的病人均可服用，值得临床推广应用。

Observing Therapeutic Effects of Mixture of Euphorbia Humifusa Willd and Verbena Offcinalis L.on Acute Bacterial Dysentery and Enteritis

AIM To search for a new medicine with higher efficacy and less toxic and side-effects to treat bacterial dysentery and enteritis. [METHODS] 126 patients with acute bacterial dysentery and 496 cases with enteritis were randomly divided into test group and control group, and the number of cases in the two groups was equal. A mixture of Euphorbia humifusa Willd and Verbena offcinalis L. was used in the test group. The amount to be used was 50 g for each for fresh and whole medicine, and 15 g and 10 g for dry and whole type respectively, to make a decoction form in use, twice a day, taken orally. In control group Berberine tablets were admimistered at a dose of 0.3 g (tid). [RESULTS] The cases with acute bacterial dysentery were all cured in five days after treating with mixture of Euphorbia humifusa Willd and Verbena offcinalis L. in test group. The cure rate was 98.4% and total efficatious rate was 100% without obvious adverse reaction and side-effects during the treatment. But in control group, the patients were cured in 8 days with the cure rate of 85.7% and the total efficacious rate of 93.7%. Four cases were of no effect and one was transformed into chronic course in this group. For acute enteritis, cure rate was 100% in test group and the patients were cured within 3 days. But the cure rate of control group was 92.3% and the patients were cured in 6 days. The total efficacious rate was 98.0% and 5 patients (2%) were of no effect. [CONCLUSIONS] The mixture of Euphorbia humifusa Willd and Verbena offcinalis L. is an ideal medicine for treating acute bacterial dysentery and enteritis with higher efficacy, shorter course of treatment and less side-effects. Also the medicine is rich in resource, cheap in price and taken conveniently, and can be administered without considering age or sex. It is suitable for all kinds of hospitals, and is especially suited to the countryside and primary clinics.
