肺癌患者手术前后血浆CA125、p53检测的临床研究

目的:探讨肺癌肿瘤标记物手术前后变化及其临床意义。方法:选经手术治疗40例肺癌患者,分别采用放射免疫法和酶联免疫吸附试验检测术前和术后第(10、20、30)天的肿瘤标记物CA125、p53的变化。并以33例肺部良性疾病患者作对照。结果:肺癌患者手术前后CA125、p53均有所降低,两指标4次检测结果结果相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺部良性疾病患者CA125、p53与肺癌患者比较,在术前、术后10天、20天相比差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是术后30天肺癌患者CA125、p53与对照组基本一致,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CA125、p53表达水平的检测,可以协助对肺癌的诊断及手术疗效进行判断。

CA125,p53 in lungcancer patients before and after surgery

Objective:To investigate the change and clinical significance of tumor markers CA125 and p53 in patients with lung cancer before and after10,20,30 days of surgery.Methods: The tumor markers CA125 and p53 of 40 patients with lung cancer were tested pre-and post-operation 10,20,30 days.Meanwhile,33 lung diseases patients as control group.Results: The levels of CA125 after surgery 10,20,30 days were significantly lower than that of before surgery,the difference between before and 10,20,30 days after operatively were significant(allP<0.05),as well as p53.Conclusion: Monitor of the changes of CA125,p53 could be helpful to evaluate the effects of surgery.
