肾上腺素诱导大鼠急性肺水肿模型的复制

摘    要:【目的】复制大鼠急性肺水肿模型,确定适合用于学生实验的大鼠肺水肿造模条件,并探讨其产生的机制。【方法】低、中、高剂量实验组大鼠分别腹腔注射1.0、2.0、3.0mg/100g体重的肾上腺素复制大鼠急性肺水肿模型。用BL-410生物机能实验系统描记心电图和呼吸曲线并计算肺系数(肺重/体重)。【结果】1.0mg/100g剂量组大鼠心电图及呼吸曲线变化不明显,3.0mg/100g剂量组在未形成典型的肺水肿前,大鼠死亡率高,实验结果不理想。2.0mg/100g剂量组呼吸及心电图曲线均变化明显,所测得的肺系数远远大于正常值。【结论】2.0mg/100g肾上腺素组大鼠肺水肿症状典型,适宜用于学生实验。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To replicate acute pulmonary edema model induced by adrenaline in rats, to determine the optimum dosage of adrenaline for students' experiment, and to discuss the etiology of acute pulmonary edema in rats. [Methods] The acute pulmonary edema in rats were induced with an intraperitoneal injection of adrenaline 1.0 mg, 2.0 mg and 3.0 mg per 100 g body weight respectively. Electrocardiogram and respiration curve were recorded by BL-410 experimental equipment. Pulmonary morphologic changes of lung were observed and pulmonary coefficients (pulmonary weight, g/body weight, kg) were calculated. [Results] 1.0 mg adrenaline per 100 g body weight (ip) couldn't change the electrocardiogram and respiration curve in rats significantly. 2.0 mg adrenaline per 100g body weight (ip) could induce acute pulmonary edema in rats typically. [Conclusions] 2.0 mg adrenaline per 100 g body weight (ip) is the optimum dosage of adrenaline to induce acute pulmonary edema in rats, the procedure is feasible and economic and the clinical symptom is obvious.
