| 摘 要： | 耳蜗基因治疗已成为人们积极探索的耳聋治疗方法之一，病毒载体的应用使耳蜗基因治疗取得了进展e腺坦关病毒（adeno—associated virus，AAV）作为新兴的基因治疗载体在耳蜗基因治疗研究中具有广泛的应用前景。本文就AAV载体的制备及检测方法，AAV载体各血清型对耳蜗内各种细胞的转导率，AAV载体的安全性以及AAV载体转导目的基因在耳蜗基因治疗研究中的应用进行综述。
