嵊州市女性阴道滴虫现状调查及预防措施研究

目的分析研究嵊州市女性阴道滴虫现状及预防措施。方法回顾性分析本院妇科门诊在2009年7月至2010年6月间收诊的203例妇女临床资料,总结阴道滴虫的感染情况及预防效果。结果 203例妇女中阴道滴虫感染17例（8.17%）。其中30~40岁女性的感染率最高（16.34%）,显著高于其他年龄组（P〈0.05）。春季的感染率最高（12.07%）,但是不同季节之间无明显差异（P〉0.05）。通过预防干预,对相关知识的知晓率从28.07%提高至92.61%,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阴道滴虫的传播途径为性传播,在30~40岁年龄段的感染率最高,并且春季是高发季节。通过健康干预,可提高妇女对疾病等相关知识的知晓率,对该症的控制有重要意义。

Investigation on vaginal trichomonas and preventive measures in Shengzhou City

Objective To analyze the present situation of female vaginal trichomoniasis and preventive measures in Shengzhou. Methods Retrospectively analyze clinical data of 203 cases of women in our hospital outpatient service of department of gynecology from July 2009 to June 2010. We summarized the infection situation of vaginal trichomoniasis and prevention effect. Results There were 17 cases（ 8. 17%） with vaginal trichomoniasis infection among 203 cases. The infection rate in women aged from 30 to 40 was the highest（ 16. 34%）,significantly higher than the other age groups（ P 0. 05）. The infection rate in spring was highest（ 12. 07%）,but with no significant difference between different seasons（ P 0. 05）. Through prevention intervention,the awareness of related knowledge increased from 28. 07% to 92. 61% with statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The route transmission of vaginal trichomoniasis was transmission of sexually transmitted,the infection rate among 30 to 40 years old was the highest,and spring was the high-occurrence season. Women＇s awareness of vaginal trichomoniasis can be improved through health interventions,which contribute a lot to the control of the disease.
