| 摘 要： | 目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效及安全性。方法将93例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上，加用丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴，连用14d。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为84．8％和63.8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组在治疗后的肌酸激酶较对照组明显下降（P〈0．001），且降至正常所需时间也明显缩短（P〈0．001）。未见明显药物不良反应。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性心肌梗死疗效肯定，不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety by injecting Danshen Chuanxiongqin into the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).
