同种异体脱细胞真皮基质在前尿道狭窄手术中的应用

目的 评价同种异体脱细胞真皮基质（ADMA）在前尿道狭窄手术中的应用价值。方法 对9例前尿道狭窄患者进行狭窄段尿道切除后以ADMA替代尿道，长度4～9cm，并观察效果。结果 9例前尿道狭窄患者，手术4周后拔除尿管，7例患者排尿通畅，2例间断进行尿道扩张2个月。术后3个月所有患者均排尿通畅。结论 采用ADMA替代自体组织，手术效果确切，时间短，创伤小。

Usage of acellular dermal matrix allograft in long anterior urethral stricture

Objective To assess the value of acellular dermal matrix allograft(ADMA)in long anterior ure- thral stricture.Methods 9 patients suffering from long anterior urethral stricture received surgical treatment,in which ADMA were applied in all cases.After resection of the stenosis segment,the ADMA were sutured to substitute the urethra.Results No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred.9 cases of urethral stricture were voiding well after removing the catheter,although 2 of them needed urethral sounding for about 2 months.3 months postoperation all patients were voiding well.Conclusion ADMA may serve as an ideal replacement material for au- tologous tissue.Its usage avoids the need to harvest autologous tissue,thus providing a novel,safe,effective,microin- vasive and in urethral surgery.
