| 摘 要： | 目的 观察抗青光眼术后白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后视力、眼压变化。方法 ３９例３９眼青光眼术后白内障在超声乳化的同时植入后房型人工晶状体。术后平均随访１９．７月（３～１８月）。结果 ８２．０％患者术后矫正视力达０．１以上，１００％术后眼压维持正常。结论 术后避开滤过泡选择偏颞侧（鼻侧）角膜，行小切口白内障超声乳化及人工晶体状体植入术。术后反应轻、并发症少，恢复快，眼压稳定。

| Abstract: | To observe the changes of visual and IOP following cataract phacoemulsification after glaucoma surgery. Methods 39 eyes with cataract after glaucoma surgery have small incision phacoemulsification and IOL implanted. In an average follow up period of 19.7 months (range 3 to 18 months). Results The corrected visual acuity in 82.0% of the patients reached 0.1 or better. 39 eyes (100%) has normal IOP. Conclusion The results suggest that the selection of the incision for IOL implantation is crucial for successful cataract surgery in glaucoma patients. Low complication, quick rehabilitation and normal IOP are obtainable following the cataract phacoemulisification. |
