化瘀通脉液配合西药静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞78例观察

目的:观察中药化瘀通脉液配合西药静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞的效果。方法:随机分为两组:一组为中西医结合组,另一组为单纯西药溶栓组,进行治疗。结果:中西医结合组急性心肌梗塞再通率89.7%,同时降低了急性心梗的并发症发生率。提示:化瘀通脉液具有提高急性心肌梗塞溶栓再通的作用,降低心梗并发症发生率,比单纯西药溶栓治疗更具有更好的疗效。

Clinical Study on Treatment of 78 Cases Acute Myocardial Infarction of Huayu Tongmai Injection after Transvenous of Thrombolysis Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic efficiency after transvenous of thrombolysis western medicine of huayu tongmai injection.Methods:78 cases of AMI were divided randomly into two groups.The treatment group(n=39)was treated combined with Huayu tongmai injection and r-tpA,and the control group(n=39)was treated with r-tpA.After therapy the infarct-related coronary arleries between two groups was compared.Results:The patency rate of the infarct-related coronary arteriesin the treatment group(89.7%)was significantly higher than that(79.4%)in the control group(P<0.05).And the rate of syndrome of AMI is reduced.Conclusion:Combined with the huayu tongmai injection and r-tpA is effective in the transvenous thrombolysis of acute myocardial infarction than r-tpA,and can reduce the rate of syndrome of AMI.
