椎管内肿瘤的临床诊断及症状分析

目的：探讨椎管内肿瘤的临床表现，提高早期诊断水平。方法：回顾性分析81例椎管内肿瘤患者的临床症状、体征、影像学检查及病理类型。结果：椎管内肿瘤早期主要症状是疼痛（75％）、感觉异常（24％）和肌无力（49％），特别是夜间休息时疼痛加重，活动后症状减轻是主要临床特点。核磁共振是重要的检查诊断手段。结论：重视椎管内肿瘤的临床表现，完善体格检查，及时进行核磁共振等影像学手段的检查是提高早期诊断水平的关键。

Clinical diagnosis and symptom of intraspinal tumor

Objective:To investigate the clinical profile of intraspinal tumor in order to improve early detection. Methods:The clinical symptom, physical sign, imaging presentations and pathological data of a case series of 81 patients with a diagnosis of intraspinal tumor were analyzed in this retrospective study. Results:Pain(75%), paresthesia (24%)and myasthenia(49%) were considered main early manifestations of intraspinal tumor, among which nocturnalpain was of greater clinical significance. MRI was also an important detective facility. Conclusion:The diagnosis of intraspinal tumor should be made on the basis of clinical symptoms, above physical examination findings and a good MRI observation in time.
