摘    要:用改进的国产 SJ-42型四道生理记录仪对14只家兔左室压一阶与二阶微分指标分析研究后发现,d~2p/dt_(max)~2对心肌变力作用的敏感性比 dp/dt_(max)高出约1/3,两项指标对心脏前后负荷和心率均具有一定的依赖性,但两者间无明显差异,提示用心室压力瞬时加速度指标评价心脏收缩性能比用压力瞬时速度指标更为灵敏可靠。

Abstract:A comparison was made between the indices of the first and second derivative of the left ventricular pressure in relation to their inotropic sen- sitivity and preload,afterload and heart rate dependence in 14 rabbitts. (d~2p/dt~2)_(max) is 1/3 more sensitive to inotropic stimulation than(dp/dt)_(max). Both Indices were increased with preload,afterload and heart rate(HR), but the difference of their dependence load and HR was not statistically significant.The results suggested that(d~2p/dt~2)max be a useful index for ventricular performance and superior to(dp/dt)_(max)
