| 摘 要： | 目的]了解乌兰察布市集宁区公共场所从业人员乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）的携带状况,为有效的开展健康教育和卫生监督监测提供依据.方法]从业人员健康检查登记表,HBsAg、HBeAg检测方法为间接血凝法,滴度≥1：16判为阳性.结果]1999～2002年集宁区8 718名公共场所从业人员中HBsAg阳性率为3.20%,HBeAg阳性率为50.18%.其中女性HBsAg阳性率为1.68%,男性HBsAg阳性率为6.64%;不同行业从业人员HBsAg阳性率以旅店业最高（4.75%）,理发业次之（3.08%）.结论]集宁区公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性率为3.20%,属低流行人群,且HBsAg携带状况呈逐年下降趋势.男性HBsAg阳性率明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义;不同行业从业人员HBsAg阳性率差异有统计学意义.加大公共场所健康教育工作的力度,宣传教育,监督监测工作应侧重于旅店业.
