尿路上皮多器官癌发生机理探讨

目的 探讨尿路上皮多器官癌发生的特点和机理。方法 对527例称行细胞癌中42例尿路上皮多器官癌病例进行临床分析并结合文献进行讨论。结果 42例尿路上皮多器官癌同期发生者17例，相继发生者25例，后者顺尿流方向发生者20例，逆尿流方向发生5例。相继发生多器官癌病例，不同器官罹患癌期间3个月－19年，＜2年者18例，2－3年者3例，＞3年者仅4例。绝大多数尿路上皮多器官癌病例肿瘤病理分级具有一致性。结论 肿瘤细胞种植可能是尿路上皮多器官癌发生的重要原因。

Multiple urinary organ involved urothelial carcinoma

Objective To study the occurring of multiple urinary organ involved urothelial carcinoma. Methods 42 cases of multiple urinary organ involved urothelial carcinoma out of 527 cases of urothelial carcinoma were analyzed, with review of the literature. Results In this series the incidence of multiple urinary organ involved urothelial carcinoma was 7.96%, synchronous tumors occurred in 17 cases, metachronous tumors in 25 cases (down urine stream in 20 cases up urine stream in 5 cases).In 18 cases the metachronous tumors occurred within 2 years while only 4 cases over 3 years. In most cases,synchronous or metachronous histological grade was consistent. Conclusions Tumor cell implantation is possibly the most important mechanism in the occurring of multiple urinary organ involved urothelial carcinoma.
