腹腔镜联合手术的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨腹腔镜联合手术的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析65例腹腔镜联合手术的临床资料,其中腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合肝囊肿开窗术26例,联合阑尾切除术16例,联合卵巢囊肿切除术10例,联合肝血管瘤切除术5例,联合肾囊肿开窗术4例,联合肠粘连松解术4例。结果65例手术均获得成功,无一例中转开腹。手术时间30~90min,平均58min。术后住院2~5d痊愈出院,无手术并发症。结论腹腔镜联合手术治疗多种腹部疾病,充分体现微创外科手术的优越性,具有安全、有效、经济的特点,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the practical clinical value of combined laparescopic surger- y.Methods 65 patients who were treated by combined laparescopic surgery were analysed retrospective- ly.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) was combined with fenestration of hepatic cyst in 26 cases,with ap- pendectomy in 16 cases,with oophorecystectomy in 10 cases,with liver-hemangioma resection in 5 cases, with unroofing of renal cyst in 4 cases,with enterolysis in 4 cases.Results Laparoscopic operations were successful in 65 cases,and no cases were converted to laparotomy.The operation time was 30-90 min (mean,58 min).All the patients were recovered satisfied without complications.Conclusion Combined laoaroscopic surgery can adequately present the advantages of minimally invasive surgery by safe,effective and economical management of various abdominal diseases,and is worthy of wide usage.
