| 摘 要： | 小儿特重型复合性颅脑损伤病死率很高,病情急、危、重,并发症多、病程长。本文根据NANDA的护理诊断系统评估病人的护理问题,并针对性的根据病情发展的不同阶段,以不同的护理方式有所侧重的进行护理介入。在具体护理过程中,注意运用营养学、运动学、心理学的知识,收到了一定的效果。

| Abstract: | The mortality of children with severe complex brain injuries is very high. The course of the disease is emergent, dangerous, heavy and prolonged. It has more complications. According to the NANDA nursing diagnostic system, the nursing of patients with different aspects can be assessed and the patients are cared by different modes based on theories of nutriology, kinesiol-ogy and psychology. Good results are obtained in nursing. |
