| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对我院50例高龄患者行血管手术麻醉的处理进行分析,对麻醉经验进行总结。方法:收集我院2年间行血管手术高龄患者病例50例,按麻醉方式分为全身麻醉﹑硬膜外麻醉及局麻监护。结果:本组49例患者选用合理的麻醉方法平安度过麻醉期,1例91岁男性患者行股动脉转流术后,双下肢运动障碍,经保守治疗3个月后,双下肢运动功能基本恢复。结论:高龄患者血管手术麻醉处理具有较高的难度和风险,要求麻醉医师具备一定的临床经验和完善的麻醉监测手段,以使患者安全度过麻醉期。采用硬膜外麻醉时更应慎重。
