不同方案对慢性乙肝合并肺结核患者疗效及肝功能的影响

目的:探讨不同方案对慢性乙肝合并肺结核患者疗效及肝功能的影响.方法:选择我院2012年1月~2016年1月收治的104例慢性乙肝合并肺结核患者,随机分为观察组及对照组.观察组患者给予3HLVE/6HLE方案,对照组患者给予3HRZE/6HRE方案,观察两组患者治疗后的总有效率、肺结核改善情况、肝损伤情况、肝功能恢复时间及不良反应发生率.结果:治疗后,两组的总有效率、肺结核改善情况对比差异无统计学意义,而观察组的ALT、TBil、肝损伤发生率、严重肝损伤发生率、肝功能恢复时间及总不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组.结论:3HLVE/6HLE治疗慢性乙肝合并肺结核患者,临床疗效显著,对患者肝损伤较小,总不良反应发生低,值得临床推广应用.

The influence of different methods on the efficacy and liver function of chronichepatitis Bcombined with tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the influence of different methods on the efficacy and liver function of chronichepa-titis Bcombined with tuberculosis. Methods 104 cases with chronichepatitis Bcombined with tuberculosis from Jan.2012 to Jan.2016 in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group were given 3HLVE/6HLE method, the control group were given 3HRZE/6HRE method, the total efficacy, liver injury, liver function recovery time and adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared. Results The total efficacy, severe liver injury rate, liver function recovery time and total adverse reaction of the observation group were lower than control group. Conclusion 3HLVE/6HLE in treatment of chronichepatitis Bcombined with tuberculosis had significant clinical efficacy, less liver injury and total adverse reaction, which could be worth of clinical promotion and application.
