摘    要:目的研究依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死者的临床效果及对C反应蛋白(C reaction protein,CRP)水平的影响。方法选取2015-11—2016-11我院诊治的急性脑梗死患者96例,针对治疗方案的不同分为2组,安慰剂治疗的48例为对照组,依达拉奉治疗的48例为观察组,对比2组CRP、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)水平、不良反应及神经功能、日常生活能力评分。结果观察组治疗后CRP和NGF水平改善效果均比对照组优(P0.05);2组总不良反应率(4.17%vs 8.33%)对比无明显差异(P0.05);观察组神经功能缺损和日常生活能力评分(2.10±1.02)分和(52.50±10.45)分均优于比对照组(4.76±1.66)分和(44.20±9.20)分(P0.05)。结论急性脑梗死者行依达拉奉治疗可优化CRP和NGF水平,不良反应少,且能够改善患者神经功能和提高日常生活能力,具有一定临床应用和推广价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the curative effect of edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on the CRP(C-reaction protein)level.Methods We recruited ninety-six cases with acute cerebral infarction from November 2015 to November 2016,Who were divided them into control group(treated with placebo,n=48)and observation group(treated with edaravone,n=48).Then the levels of CRP and NGF(nerve growth factor),adverse events,neurological function and activity of daily living(ADL)were examined in the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group indicated statistically higher levels of CRP and NGF than the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,no significant difference was found in total rate of adverse events between two groups(4.17% vs.8.33%).The scores of neurological function deficits and ADL were(2.10±1.02)and(52.50±10.45)points in the observation group,which were significantly superior to(4.76±1.66)and(44.20±9.20)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of edaravone to acute cerebral infarction which may optimize the levels of CRP and NGF,improve neurological function and enhance activity of daily living has certain values in clinical application and popularization.
