复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸达泊西汀治疗早泄症的近远期疗效观察

目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸达泊西汀治疗早泄症(PE)的近远期疗效.方法:选取本院门诊就诊的已婚PE患者68例,采用数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例.对照组给予盐酸达泊西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方玄驹胶囊治疗,均持续用药4周.评估两组疗效及不良药物反应,随访3个月记录复发率;治疗前后及随访末期记录两组射精潜伏时间,发放早泄评估量表(PEP)评估早泄控制效果,根据国际勃起功能指数(IIEF)问卷项目评估自身及配偶性交满意度.结果:观察组治疗有效率、药物不良反应发生率分别为91.18%、14.71%与对照组的88.24%、5.82%比较,差异无显著性,观察组3个月复发率为2.94%低于对照组的20.59%,差异有显著性;观察组随访末期射精潜伏时间长于对照组,差异有显著性;观察组治疗后及随访末期控制射精能力、早泄相关苦恼、早泄相关良性沟通困难、自身性交满意度、配偶性交满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有显著性.结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸达泊西汀治疗PE与单独使用盐酸达泊西汀的近期疗效一致,但前者控制射精能力、性交满意度、降低复发率、提高远期疗效上更具优势.

Observation on the short-term and long-term effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of premature ejaculation

Objective To investigate the short-term and long-term effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE). Methods Sixty-right married patients with PE in our hospital were randomized into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dapoxetine hydrochloride while the observation group was treated with compound Xu-anju capsule, based on the treatment in control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The curative effect and adverse drug reactions in both groups were evaluated. All were followed up for 3 months to record the recurrence rate; The ejaculation latency time of the two groups was recorded before and after treatment and at the end of follow-up. The premature ejaculation assess-ment scale (PEP) was issued to evaluate the control effect of PE. According to the international index of erectile function (IIEF) questionnaire items, the sexual satisfaction with their own spouse was evaluated. Results There were no significant differences in response rate and incidence of adverse drug reactions between the observation group (91.18%, 14.71%) and the control group (88.24%, 5.82%). The 3-month recurrence rate of observation group (2.94%) was lower than that of control group (20.59%); At the end of follow-up, the ejaculation latency time of observation group was longer than that of the control group; After treatment and at the end of follow-up, the scores of controlling ejaculation ability, premature ejaculation associated distress, premature ejaculation related benign communication difficulties, sexual satisfaction and spouse sexual satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The short-term effect of single use or combined use of compound Xu-anju capsule and dapoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of PE is consistent. However, the former has more advantages in controlling ejaculation ability, sexual satisfaction, reducing the recurrence rate and improving the long-term curative effect.
