脑脊液蛋白与酶学检测在新生儿化脓性脑膜炎诊断中的应用价值

目的:探讨检测脑脊液蛋白与酶学指标在新生儿化脓性脑膜炎诊断中的应用价值.方法:收集医院2013年6月~2015年6月间70例新生儿化脓性脑膜炎患儿作为研究组,并选取同期出生的70例非新生儿化脓性脑膜炎患儿作为对照组,对两组新生儿脑脊液蛋白与酶学指标进行检测,并分析其对诊断新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的价值.结果:研究组患儿AST、CRP、LDH、β2MG均显著高于对照组;革兰阴性菌感染组患儿AST、CRP、LDH、2MG均显著低于革兰阳性菌感染组;重度患儿AST、CRP、LDH、β2MG均高于中度、轻度患儿,而中度患儿AST、CRP、LDH、β2MG均高于轻度,三组间数据比较差异有统计学意义.结论:临床中新生儿化脓性脑膜炎检测脑脊液蛋白与酶学指标对病情判断具有一定的作用,尤其新生儿化脓性脑膜炎感染病原菌的鉴别应用价值高.

Application value of cerebrospinal fluid protein and enzyme detection in diagnosis of neonatal purulent meningitis

Objective To investigate the cerebrospinal fluid protein and enzyme index value in neonatal purulent meningitis diagnosis. Methods Hospital between June 2013 to June 2015 in children with purulent meningitis, 70 cases of newborns as the study group, and select purulent meningitis in children born in the same period 70 cases of non-neonate as a control group for two neonatal cerebrospinal fluid protein and enzymatic indices were detected and analyzed its value in the diagnosis of neona-tal purulent meningitis. Results The study group of children AST, CRP, LDH,β2MG were significantly higher; Gram-negative bacterial infections in children with group AST, CRP, LDH,β2MG were significantly lower than Gram-positive bacterial infec-tions group; children with severe AST, CRP, LDH,β2MG were higher than moderate, mild in children, but children with mod-erate AST, CRP, LDH,β2MG were higher than mild, among the three groups was statistically significant difference between the data. Conclusion The clinical neonatal purulent meningitis cerebrospinal fluid protein and enzyme index to judge the disease have a certain effect, especially in neonatal purulent meningitis infection pathogen identification of high-value applications.
