血清超敏C反应蛋白同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体在急性进展性脑梗死中的表达及意义

目的 探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体在急性进展性脑梗死中的作用.方法 选取2013-07—2016-02我院治疗的100例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为进展组和非进展组,选择同期在我院进行健康检查的50例患者为对照组,比较3组C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体水平.结果 进展组和非进展组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体水平与对照组比较均明显提高,进展组各项水平明显高于非进展组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 测定血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体水平有助于判断进展性脑梗死病情发展,针对患者实际情况采取积极治疗措施.

Expression and significance of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine and D-dimer on acute pro-gressive cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the roles of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine and D-dimer in a-cute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 cases with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from July 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,namely progressive group and non-progressive group.Fifty patients who received healthy physical examination in the same period were selected as controls.The levels of C-reactive protein,homocys-teine and D-dimer were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine and D-dimer in the progressive group and non-progressive group were significantly higher than those in the control group.And the progressive group showed higher levels compared with non-progressive group.All differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine and D-dimer are helpful to j udge the progression of cerebral infarction and take positive measures according to the actual situations.
