臭氧自体血回输治疗急性脑梗死抗氧化指标的对照研究

摘    要:目的研究臭氧自体血回输治疗急性脑梗死患者血浆抗氧化指标,进一步探讨其治疗急性脑梗死的作用机制。方法选取我院收治的60例急性脑梗死患者(具有单侧大脑中动脉供血区的皮质下累及内囊的单一病灶),随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。2组基础用药均为拜阿司匹林肠溶片0.3g,1次/晚+血栓通注射液0.45g,1次/d,治疗组除基础治疗外加用臭氧自体血回输治疗,1次/d,(10±2)d一疗程;对照组仅使用基础治疗。于治疗前及治疗(10±2)d后,分别对2组进行抗氧化指标、如超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)的测定。结果治疗(10±2)d后,2组血浆中SOD、NO含量均较治疗前升高,且NO含量治疗组升高幅度高于对照组(P0.05);2组血浆中MDA含量均较治疗前下降,治疗组下降幅度大于对照组(P0.01)。结论臭氧可能通过抗氧化、清除自由基等途径减轻梗死灶局部及远隔部位的损伤而发挥治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the antioxidant indices in the acute cerebral infarction patients after the treatments of ozone autohemotherapy,in order to further explore the mechanism of the treatment in acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 cases with acute cerebral infarction(characterized by a single internal capsule lesion in unilateral subcortical area caused by the is-chemic middle cerebral artery)were randomly divided into ozone group and control group,30 cases in each group.In addition to the basic treatment containing aspirin enteric-coated tablets 0.3 g,once a night and Xueshuantong injection 0.45 g,once a day for both two groups,the zone group received ozone autohemotherapy,once a day and (10±2)d as a treatment course.Then antioxidant indi-cators including superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and nitric oxide(NO)were assessed to compare the differ-ences between two groups.Results After treatment,the plasma SOD and NO levels of the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the ozone group showed more changes than the control group with statistical differencec(P <0.05 ).What’s more,the MDA level was declined in both two groups,especially in the Ozone group(P <0.01).Conclusion Ozone may play a therapeutic role in acute cerebral infarction probably by reducing the damage of local and distant infarct lesions through anti-oxidation,clearance of free radicals and other approaches.
