冠心病非经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对患者血浆同型半胱氨酸及C反应蛋白水平的变化分析

摘    要:目的:探讨冠心病非经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及C反应蛋白的变化.方法:选择2015年1月~2015年9月我院住院的182例冠心病患者为研究对象,采用简单随机分组法,分为对照组和观察组各91例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙片,观察两组治疗2个月及1年后的近远期疗效及治疗前后的血浆Hcy水平和C反应蛋白.结果:治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组.观察组与对照组治疗后的血浆Hcy及C反应蛋白水平都明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显少于对照组.随访调查1年,观察组的心性猝死、心衰、心肌梗塞、心肌血运重建等并发症发生率为4.4%,对照组为14.3%,观察组的明显少于对照组.结论:冠心病非经皮冠状动脉介入治疗比较常见,阿托伐他汀的应用能提高治疗的近远期效果,其作用机制可能与促进血浆同型半胱氨酸及C反应蛋白表达下降有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and C reaction protein levels in patients with coronary heart disease after non-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods From January 2015 to September 2015,182 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the research object, all the patients were eually divided into control group and observation group of 91 patients used simple random grouping method. The control group was given routine drug treatment, the observation group was treated with oral Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets therapy based on the treatment in control group, two groups of patients were given2 months of observation, the recent and long efficacy of two groups were observed, the Hcy and C reaction protein were observed.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (97.8%) was higher than that of the control group (86.8%), and the comparison was statistically significant. The the plasma levels of Hcy and C reaction protein in the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly less than the control group.1 years of followed-up, the ob-servation group of sudden cardiac death, heart failure, myocardial infarction, myocardial revascularization and complication rate was 4.4%, so that was 14.3% in the control group, the observation group was significantly less than the control group.Conclu-sion The coronary heart disease is treated by the no percutaneous coronary intervention treatment is common, atorvastatin can improve the short term effect of treatment, its mechanism may be related to the decrease of plasma homocysteine and C reaction protein expression.
