血必净注射液对急性重型颅脑损伤患者多器官功能的影响

目的研究血必净注射液对急性重型颅脑损伤患者各重要脏器功能的影响。方法将急性重型颅脑损伤患者78例随机分成治疗组和对照组各39例。观察下列指标变化:(1)血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、乳酸(LA)、内皮素(ET)水平、凝血指标;(2)肝、肾功能、动脉血气分析;(3)比较2组Cushing溃疡出血、肺部感染、脓毒血症、多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)、电解质紊乱并发症发生情况。结果血必净注射液可以降低血清CRP、ET、LA水平,保护凝血功能;对心、肝、肺、肾、脑等重要脏器功能具有保护和改善作用;能减少脓毒血症、肺部感染、多器官功能障碍综合征的发生。结论血必净注射液能降低重型颅脑损伤患者的多器官功能障碍,提高临床救治效果。

The effect of Xuebijing injection on multiple organ functions in patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To study the effect of Xuebijing injection on multiple organ functions in patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury.Methods All 78 patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into study group and control group,39 cases in each group.Then we observed the following indicators,mainly including serum C-reactive protein (CRP),lactic acid(LA),endothelin(ET)level,blood coagulation index and liver,renal functions,arterial blood gas analysis and complications(Cushing ulcer,pulmonary injection,septicopyemia,MODS and electrolyte disturbance).Results Xuebijing injection could reduce serum CRP,ET,LA levels,protect the function of blood coagulation,improve the heart,liver,lung,kidney and other important organs functions and decrease the incidence of septicopyemia,pulmonary infection and MODS.All the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection can reduce severe multiple organ dysfunction in patients with a-cute severe craniocerebral injury and improve the clinical treatment effects.
