| 摘 要： | 目的 :目的 :检测小鼠发育过程中牙本质涎磷蛋白 (dentinsialophosphoprotein ,DSPP)在鼻软骨的表达状况。方法 :采用原位杂交技术 ,观测Balb/C小鼠出生后 1、3、6、8d鼻软骨中DSPPmRNA的表达。结果 :DSPP在 1-6d小鼠的鼻软骨中均有表达。其中 ,3d时表达最强 ,8d时转为阴性。结论 :DSPP在小鼠鼻软骨中的表达具有时空特异性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression pattern of DSPP in nasal cartilage during mouse development.Method: Examine the expression of DSPP in Balb/C mouse nasal cartilage from postnatal day 1-8 by in situ hybridization. Result: In situ hybridization study showed that the expression of DSPP was observed in postnatal day 1-6 mice and the strongest staining was appeared at postnatal day 3 .At postnatal day 8, the expression of DSPP in nasal cartilage was turn to negative. Conclusion: The expression of DSPP in mouse nasal cartilage has temporospatial characters. |
