艾司洛尔抑制老年病人拔管期心血管反应的临床观察

目的：旨在观察艾司洛尔对老年病人拔管期心血管反应的抑制作用。方法：30例老年病人（年龄＞60岁），随机分为两组：艾司洛尔组（A组）病人于拔管前静脉注射艾司洛尔0．1mg/kg，对照组（B组）注射相同剂量的生理盐水。所有病人均于麻醉前（作为基础值）、拔管前、拔管后3、5、10min监测收缩压（SP）、舒张压（DP）和心率（HP）。结果：对照组病人拔管后收缩压、舒张压和心率显著性增高，而艾司洛尔组病人拔管后收缩压、舒张压和心率则保持平稳。结论：艾司洛尔可有效抑制老年病人气管拔管引起的血压升高和心率增快。

Clinical observation of esmolol used to inhibit the cardiovascular response to tracheal extubation in old patients

Objective To explore the effect of esmolol on attenuating the cardiovascular response to tracheal extubation in old patients.Methods Thirty old patients(aged of over 60)were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in group A received esmolol 0.1 mg/kg intravenously before extubation.Patients in group B received saline.SP,DP,HR were monitored and recorded before induction(baseline),before and after extubation,and 3,5,10 min after extubation in all patients.Results SP,DP,HR increased significantly after extubation in group B.SP,DP,HR kept stable after extubation in group A.Conclusion Esmolol can inhibit the cardiovascular response to tracheal extubation in old patients.
