Abstract: | Following arthroscopic rotator cuff repair there is a balance between allowing reliable tendon healing and regaining range of motion. Common rehabilitation philosophy requires time for shoulder immobilization combined with passive range of motion to avoid shoulder stiffness yet maximize tendon healing. |
