1998与2003年河南省农村居民门诊服务利用对比研究

目的:掌握河南省农村居民门诊就诊水平、流向和特点,分析其影响因素,为河南省合理组织门诊服务提供依据,为新型农村合作医疗制度试点提供参考。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取样本,由经培训合格的调查员入户询问,对住户成员逐一进行询问调查。结果:1998年河南省农村居民两周门诊就诊率为180.48‰,2003年河南农村居民两周门诊就诊率为170.60‰。性别、年龄、文化程度、经济因素、慢性病等均对农村门诊卫生服务利用产生影响。结论:门诊利用不足仍然是河南农民卫生服务的主要问题,影响门诊卫生服务利用的因素有性别、年龄及慢性病等。

The comparison of the farmer's health service utilization between the year of 1998 and 2003 in Henan Province

Objective: To know the status of farmer's outpatient health service and it's influencing factor in Henan province. To offer the basis for organizing outpati ent health service reasonably in Henan and offer the reference for the new cooperative medical scheme.Methods: Data of farmer's health service were collected through special survey. Samplingmethod is multiple-stage, stratified and cluster random sampling. The subjects were questioned door by door by weu_trained investigator.Results: In Henan ,the two_week outpat ient rates a year (170.60‰) in 2003 is lower than (180.48‰) in 1998. Sex, age, cultural degree, marital status and economic condition all have influence to farmer's outpatient health service.Conclusion: The deficiency of the two_week outpatient rate is the main problem of farmer's health service yet. The income is the main factor to influence the rate of utility being in hospital.
