514例新生儿窒息病因分析

新生儿窒息是新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的主要原因，也是造成永久性中枢神经后遗症的首要因素［１］。本文通过５１４例新生儿窒息的临床分析，探讨该病的主要病因为脐带因素与过期妊娠，其中以脐带脱垂、脐带绕颈三周者本症发病最高。从而对新生儿窒息的预防提供一些参考资料。

The etiological analysis of asphyxia in 514 newborns

Asphyxia in newborn is the major cause of the brain disease starving for oxygen and blood of the newborns.It is also the leading cause of the permanent seqelae of the central nerves.Our thesis concludes 514 asphyxia in neworns which out of 8795 newborns in recent five years in our hospital.The accidence rate 5.84%,which is nearly the same of the rate 6.83% reported some area in our country.The major cause of this group cases are the umbilical cord factors(29.76%) and the backperiod gestation(18.48%).The other factors are the unnormal function of the womb constrict, edema-hypertersion-proteinuria syndrome,early delivery etc.The accidence rate of the asphyxia in newborn is the four times of the other factors.Among the operation-deliveries of variors causes,the cut womb delivery of the right time is the effeCTive way to reduce the accidence of the operation delivery suffocation.
