| 摘 要： | 采用解脲脲原体检测试剂对１２８例原发性不育患者的精液进行解脲脲原体病原学诊断，阳性率为３１．２５％（４０／１２８）。本文结果提示在山西省大同地区，解脲脲原体感染可能是引起男性原发性不育的重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | Detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) was made in the sperms from 128 cases of male in fertility by the method of the culture.Positive rate is 6.25%(8/128).Our result shows that the infection of UU may be one of important reasons that causes male infertility. |
