| 摘 要： | 转移性卵巢癌25例中15例子以腹腔化疗,平均疗程3.2个,另10例未予腹腔化疗。结果:腹腔化疗组的近期有效率为66.7%,未作腹腔化疗组为40%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。对转移性卵巢癌的临床特征及腹腔化疗转移性卵巢癌的机理进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The authors reviewed 25 cases with metastatic ovarian cancer during 1985-1993 to evaluatethe shortterm curative effects and the impact of survival rate of intraperitoneal chemotherapy (IP ) . Fifteen of the 25 patients were given IP with average 3.2 courses of treatment, while the other 10 patients didn't receive IP.The results showed that the rate of shortterm curative effects in the patients with IP was 66.7%, while it was 40% in the patients without IP ( P<0.05 ) . The treatment mechanism of IIP in metastatic ovarian cancer was also discussed. |
