大鼠短暂性脑缺血致智能障碍模型研究

摘    要:目的:建立大鼠在低血压状态下脑缺血再灌注所致的学习记忆功能障碍模型。方法:用水迷宫法测定第7d,15d的学习记忆成绩。结果:模型大鼠的游全程时间明显延长,错误次数显著增多,且d15的学习记忆能力较d7下降更为显著。结论:该模型可用于血管性痴呆治疗学和发病机理的探讨。

Abstract:Objective:The model of disturbances of learning and remembrance was created by cerebral ischemia reperfusion,which based on hypotension Methods:We repectively observed the result of learning and remembrance on the 7 th days and 15 th days post operation by using water labyrinth Results:Swimming time of the whole way of the model rat distinctly extended,at the same time,times of mistake significantly increased And the ability of learning and remembrance of 15 th days postoperation had a significance decrease compared with the 7 th days postoperation Conclusion:This model may use for therapeutics on vascular dementia and study of pathogenesis
