多层螺旋CT对血管集束征显示及对周围型肺癌的诊断

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对血管集束征的显示及对周围型肺癌的诊断价值。方法:对58例周围型肺癌和18例其他孤立肺结节行多层螺旋CT平扫及增强,然后按层厚1.25mm重组,并按血管走行方向作多平面重组,重点观察肿块外周血管集束征的CT表现。结果:血管集束征在周围型肺癌的出现率为94.8((55/58)比其他孤立肺结节50%(9/18)高。结论:多层螺旋CT扫描后薄层重组结合多平面重组能良好地显示血管与肿瘤的关系,血管集束征对周围型肺癌有诊断价值。

Evaluation of vascular Convergence sign (VCS) with Multi-slice Spiral Computed Tomography in Diagnosing Peripheral Lung Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the features and usefulness of vascular convergence sign with multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in diagnosing peripheral lung cancer. Methods:58 cases of peripheral lung cancer and 18 cases of other solitary pulmonary nodule undertook plain and enhanced MSCT. Thin-section image reconstruction with 1.25 mm thickness together with multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) was done in all cases. The relationship between the tumor or nodule and the peripheral vessels was analyzed. Results:The appearance of VCS in peripheral lung cancer reached 94.8%(55/58) which was higher than that of other solitary pulmonary nodules 50%(9/18). Conclusion:MSCT scanning followed by thin section image reconstruction and MPR can clearly reveals the relation between vessels and tumors. VCS is valuable for diagnosing peripheral lung cancer.
