护理干预对急诊冠状动脉介入病人心理状态的影响

目的 ]了解急诊冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗病人术前的心理状态及护理干预的影响。 方法 ]将 40例急诊冠状动脉介入治疗病人随机分为对照组和实验组 ,术前两组常规治疗和护理相同 ,实验组在此基础上给予系统的心理护理和术前宣教及指导 ,应用焦虑自评量表 (SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)在术前 6h～ 12h及术后 2d～3d进行调查。 结果 ]两组干预前SAS和SDS得分均高于划界分 (5 0分 ) ,但实验组病人护理干预后焦虑、抑郁得分明显低于干预前及对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 ]急诊PCI治疗病人术前存在抑郁、焦虑心理 ,术前护理干预可改善病人的心理状态。

Influence of nursing intervention on mental state of emergency patients undergoing coronary artery intervention

Objective:to know about the mental state and the influence of nursing intervention on mental state of emergency patients undergoing coronary artery intervention. Method: a total of 40 patients accepted coronary artery intervention in emergency department were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of the control group were accepted treatment and nursing care as routine. While patients in test group were given preoperative systematic psychological care, education and instruction besides the routine treatment and nursing care. Then all patients were investigated both before and 2nd or 3rd day after operation by filling out SAS and SDS. Result: the scorings of SAS and SDS of the two groups were higher than the critical line (50) before intervention. However, both anxiety and depression scorings of test group patients after intervention were lower than both that of before intervention and that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: there were both depression and anxiety in preoperative patients with coronary artery intervention in emergency department, which can be improved by preoperative nursing intervention.
